| Technical support is available at 626-448-8888 weekdays
between 9am-5pm PST (closed on holidays). If the technician is
unable to solve the problem by phone, you may be given an RMA #
for services. If you receive damaged products(s) in the shipment, please notify the shipping company and mark down on the Packing List immediately. Report to our representative within 3 days from the date the order was received. Failure to do so many result in
denial of the RMA right of such damaged products. |

- All product return request must have an RMA (Return Merchandise
Authorization) number. Any packages
arriving at Digittronics without an RMA will be returned to sender. To obtain an RMA, please call our
representatives at 626-448-8888 during business hours. A technician must
certify through troubleshooting that the item is indeed defective or
damaged before an RMA can be supplied.
- Our representative will supply shipping instructions and
an RMA Number. Service is applied to items on a first in first out basis and
some items may take up to 4 weeks to be shipped back to customer
depending on the order received, parts and stock available.
